Meevee is a streaming membership app for kids aged 2 to 6, made in Amsterdam by founders D and Mikey. Their host, Mookee the Monkey, opens every session. When time is up, the child tucks Mookee in, turns off the light, and the screen goes dark. The kid switches off on their own.

Parents get updates about what their kid watched and learned. The voice is warm, simple, and honest, real parents talking to real parents. Key message: screen time that ends well.

The plan is walkthrough first: every creator's video 1 is a full App Walkthrough. Videos 2 and 3 are pain point stories: tantrums that end, shows that teach, no ads, time to work, and a kid who switches off on their own.

Walkthrough first

Your channels are missing the product. So every creator's first video is a full walkthrough, filmed through their own family's day. Five homes, the same journey: setup, Mookee greeting the kid by name, the wind down, the goodnight, your parent summary.

Then two lanes

Story videos take one real pain point each and end it. Save-and-send videos follow the shape of the reel you sent us: a surprise up top, one useful thing in the middle, a reason to save it. That lane travels on its own.

Filmed in real life

The 6pm kitchen, the school pickup line, Saturday morning on the couch, the 7am rush. Every video blends greenscreen, talking head and voiceover, so it can cut to whatever the moment needs.

Both new features

The language setting is shown from the parent side by a mum who does not speak Spanish while her preschooler learns it. A much larger US audience than bilingual households. Casting to the TV gets two videos.

What that means for the scripts

She is not looking for permission to use screens. She is looking for evidence she is not doing damage. So not one of her videos opens on guilt, they open on the moment the guilt lifted. She gets two creators because she carries your two biggest objections separately: the meltdown at the end, and what is actually inside the content.

What that means for the scripts

He cannot be sold to, only satisfied. So his set is built as an audit he runs himself and fails to break: no ads, no feed, no rabbit hole, European privacy rules. He is also the household early adopter, which is why he is the one who finds casting to the TV and shows everyone else.

Chronically time starved, managing remote work calls and the household solo with no support network. High anxiety about leaving a toddler unsupervised with a tablet, and about the lock ups or stray swipes that derail everything.

What that means for the scripts

For this parent the product is time, and the anxiety lives in the minutes they are not watching. So these videos are filmed inside the gap the app buys: the 7am rush, the school pickup line, the Sunday reset. Creator 4 is a single dad on purpose, to answer the dad-niche question you raised. Creator 5 is a single mom.
